摘要
为改善现有医学研究生的教学模式,实现医学研究生教育的根本目的,在英文文献阅读的基础上应用产出导向法(POA)有步骤地进行医学研究生的心电图教学,以激发研究生学习的主动性和积极性,使其对心电图图形的理解更加清晰、直观,提高医学研究生临床分析及诊断能力,拓展其临床思维能力,提高其英文阅读水平和文献查阅能力,提升其科研能力,值得在其他学科临床教学中进一步推广。
In order to improve the current teaching pattern of medical postgraduates and realize the fundamental purpose of medical postgraduate education,Production-oriented Approach(POA)teaching method based on English literature reading was applied step by step in Electrocardiogram teaching for postgraduates,so as to stimulate postgraduates'learning initiative and enthusiasm,make them have a clearer and and more visualized understanding of electrocardiogram graphics,improve their ability of clinical analysis and diagnosis,expand their clinical thinking ability,improve their English reading ability and literature searching ability,and develop their capability for scientific research.This method is worth further promotion in clinical teaching of other discip-lines.
