摘要
为探究以胜任力为基础的Milestone评价体系在普通外科专科医师规范化培训中的应用效果,在深入分析普通外科专培学员特点与需求后,以实例展示该评价体系在普通外科专培中的应用实践,涵盖患者照护、医学知识等多维度评价指标与方法。通过应用效果分析,揭示学员能力提升与培训质量改进状况,同时指出存在问题并提出完善评价指标、加强过程管理、强化师资建设与推进信息化等优化策略,为国内普通外科专培及医学教育评价体系的发展提供有益参考与实践经验。
This article focuses on exploring the application effect of core competencies based Milestone project in the standardized training of general surgery.After in-depth analysis of the charac⁃teristics and needs of general surgery trainees,this study demonstrates the practical application of the evaluation system in general surgery trainees through examples,covering multidimensional evalua⁃tion indicators and methods such as patient care and medical knowledge.By analyzing the application effects,the improvement of students’abilities and training quality is revealed.At the same time,ex⁃isting problems are pointed out and optimization strategies such as improving evaluation indicators,strengthening process management,enhancing teacher construction,and promoting informatization are proposed.This study provides useful reference and practical experience for the development of standardized training for specialist doctors in general surgery and medical education project in China.
