摘要
当前,我国正着力建设新时代德智体美劳全面培养的教育体系,着力培养新时代大学生劳动品质与职业精神。由于高职劳动教育课程与职业精神在理论上具有同源性、在教学上具有融合性、在培养目标上具有契合性,所以探索高职院校劳动教育课程与职业精神的融通路径是具有重要现实价值的。通过融通的路径研究,提出转变教育理念、改革教学板块、拓展劳动空间、整合校企资源、优化专业教师队伍结构、优化课程评价体系的方法,从而培养高职学生正确的劳动观和职业观,使之努力成长为新时代高水平技术技能型人才,成为担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。
At present,China is striving to build an education system that comprehensively cultivates morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor in the new era,with the aim of cultivating the labor quality and professionalism of college students in the new era.Higher vocational labor education curriculum and professionalism have homology in theory,integration in teaching,and compatibility in training goals,it is important and realistic to explore the integration path between labor education curriculum and professionalism in higher vocational colleges.Through the research on the path of integration,it is proposed to change education concept,reform education sector,expand labor space,integrate college enterprise resources and optimize the structure of teaching staffs and the curriculum evaluation system,which make them strive to grow into high-level technical and skilled talents in the new era,and become a newcomer of the era who takes on the responsibility of national rejuvenation.
