摘要
为改善体育教育专业人才培养面临的培养目标混乱、教学能力发展不足、教育实习形式化等困境,该文紧扣专业认证内涵,提出了体育教育专业人才培养的优化策略:人才培养方案的构建要逆向设计、正向实施;目标体系的构建要有系统的整体观念,遵循“一致性”原则;课程体系的设置要以教学实践为核心,强调理论学习与教学实践的紧密结合,积极促进专业学生对核心教学技能的掌握;教育实习的内容设计要兼顾层次性和连续性,管理规范要以完善的规章制度为保障,评价的客观性需要依托健全的实习评价体系,评价的有效性需要及时准确的评价反馈。
In order to improve the difficulties in the talent training in physical education majors such as the confusion of training objectives,the insufficient development of teaching ability and the formalization of education practice,this paper is closely related to the connotation of professional accreditation and puts forward the optimization strategy for the talent training in physical education majors.The construction of talent training programs should be backward designed and forward implemented,the construction of the target system should have a systematic overall concept and follow the principle of"consistency",the setting of the curriculum system should take teaching practice as the core,emphasize the close combination of theoretical learning and teaching practice and actively promote the mastery of core teaching skills of students majoring in physical education,and the content design of educational practice should take into account the hierarchy and continuity,management norms should be guaranteed by perfect rules and regulations,the objectivity of evaluation needs to rely on a sound internship evaluation system,and the effectiveness of evaluation needs timely and accurate evaluation feedback.
