摘要
为了探索更适应新时代、新形势的分子生物学实验教学体系,提升教学效果,构建基于“互联网+”的沉浸融合式新型教学体系。该体系包括新型教学内容融合、“互联网+”教学素材制作与多种类“互联网+”教学平台利用等。分别在2016级、2017级学生分子生物学实验课程上进行教学实践。结果发现,期末两组学生实验理论要点掌握度分别提升10.0%和6.4%,实验操作要点掌握度分别提升6.4%和7.2%,提升效果显著。课程整体满意度高达93.1%。基于“互联网+”的沉浸融合式教学体系教学效果良好,可在今后分子生物学实验课程中进一步推广和完善。
To explore a new molecular biology experimental teaching system that is more suitable for the new era and new situation,and enhance teaching effectiveness,this study has constructed a new teaching system based on“Internet plus”.The system included the integration of new teaching content,“Internet plus”teaching material,and various“Internet plus”teaching platforms.It implemented the new teaching system in the molecular biology experiment courses of grade 2016 and grade 2017 students on two consecutive years.At the end of the term,the mastery of experimental theoretical knowledge of the two groups of students was increased by 10.0%and 6.4%respectively,and the mastery of experimental operation was increased by 6.4%and 7.2%respectively.The improvement effect was significant and the overall satisfaction of the course was as high as 93.1%.The immersion teaching system based on“Internet plus”has good teaching effect and can be further promoted and improved in the future.
