摘要
分子生物学是一门实践性很强的学科。分子生物学实验复杂而细腻,技术性很强,是理论和实践相结合的典型课程。如何改进实验体系,提高学生实验动手能力、设计能力、分析能力和创新能力是分子生物学实验教学中重要的研究课题。文中通过优化实验教学内容、建立开放性实验和改进实验成绩考核方式和内容等方面着手进行改革,从而提高分子生物学实验教学质量,培养学生综合素质。
