摘要
本文对Kjeltec™8400凯氏定氮仪测定玉米粉中粗蛋白含量过程进行研究,分析了该方法不确定度各个分量,对其不确定度评定中的建模、分量计算、合成标准不确定度、扩展不确定度的评定和计算方面进行了阐述。结果表明,玉米粉粗蛋白干基含量为9.07g/100g时,其扩展不确定度为0.9106g/100g,(K=2)。空白试验是引入不确定度的主要原因。
In this paper,the Kjeltec™8400 Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer is used to determine the crude protein content in corn flour,and the various components of the uncertainty of the method are analyzed.The modeling,component calculation,synthetic standard uncertainty,and expansion of the uncertainty evaluation are analyzed.The evaluation and calculation of uncertainty are explained.The results showed that when the dry basis content of com meal crude protein was 9.07g/100g,the expanded uncertainty was 0.9106g/100g,(K=2).Blank test is the main reason for introducing uncertainty.
