摘要
昆虫蛋白将成为第三大蛋白质来源,昆虫蛋白质的测定对昆虫的开发有着重要的意义。蛋白质的测定方法有很多,本文对蛋白含量的各种测定方法进行了分析,确定了几种适用于昆虫蛋白质含量的测定方法。
The insect protein will become the third protein source. The measurement of the insect protein has the important meaning to the development of the insect. The text mainly carries on the analysis to various meosurement methods of the protein, thus making sure the measurement methods of the insect protein.
