摘要
馏程可以针对性判断出石油产品中各组分的组成和含量关系。为评估常压蒸馏法测试石油产品馏程的准确性,通过建立馏程的数学模型,根据测量不确定度评估方法,对重复测试引入的标准不确定度、体积引入不确定度、温度引入不确定和大气压引入不确定度进行了评定,结果表明:石油产品馏程的不确定度主要来源是体积变化和温度变化引入测量不确定度。
The distillation range can be used to determine the composition and content relationship of each component in petroleum products.In order to evaluate the accuracy of the distillation range test of petroleum products by atmospheric distillation,a mathematical model of distillation range is established and according to the measurement uncertainty evaluation method,the standard uncertainty introduced by repeated tests,the uncertainty introduced by volume,and the temperature introduced by the determination and the introduction of atmospheric pressure uncertainty were evaluated.The result is show that the main source of uncertainty in the distillation range of petroleum products is the measurement uncertainty introduced by volume changes and temperature changes.
