摘要
作为理论舶来品,公民社会和法团主义对中国政社关系的解释力有限,需要一种中国化的理论予以超越和替代。政府与社会组织协同进化,不同于公民社会模式、法团主义模式,是关于政会关系发展的中国道路、中国叙事。政府与社会组织协同进化的基本内涵,包括静态的协同关系和动态的演化过程两个方面。政府与社会组织协同进化论,不仅是对政府与社会组织关系予以理性分析、科学解释的描述性工具,而且是对其发展予以合理引导、预测的规范性尺度。为推进政府与社会组织的协同进化,必须按照国家治理的要求,在国家建构与社会生成之间保持必要的张力,实现政会互信,对政府与社会组织之间、各社会组织管理主体之间的权力关系予以调整。
As exotic theoretical terms,the explanatory power of civil society and corporatism models is limited to Chinese political relations,a theory of Chinese is required to transcend and replace. The coevolution of Government and social organizations is different from the mode of civil society and the pattern of law,however,the development of political relations is also about the Chinese road and Chinese narrative. The basic connotation of cooperative evolution between government and social organization which includes two aspects: static cooperative relationship and dynamic coevolution process. The coordinated evolution of government and social organization is not only the descriptive tool of rational analysis to the current our country politics with relationship,scientific explanation,but also development reasonable guide and predict the normative dimension for our country’s politics develop. To promote government and social organization’s coevolution,we have to in accordance with the requirement of " governance",maintain the necessary tension between social governance and state-building,realize the trust between government and social organizations,and adjust the power relations of government with social organizations and social organization management bodies.
