摘要
社区作为社会治理的基本单元,也是各种利益关系的交织处与冲突的多发地,及时有效地将社区冲突化解在萌芽状态,是推进社区治理现代化的前提。冲突转化理论与传统的冲突管理理论不同的是,其并非以“消灭冲突”为最终目标,而是使冲突各方从不稳定与有害的破坏性表达转化为互利合作共赢建设性状态的处置方式。L社会组织在参与Q市社区冲突化解过程中,通过采取渐进嵌入、文娱破冰与重塑公共空间等多元化的柔性行动策略,有效化解了H社区冲突;其背后体现了冲突转化中的四个维度即行动者转化、事项转化、方式转化以及结构转化的实践逻辑。
As the basic unit of social governance,the community is also the intersection of various interest relationships and the place where conflicts often occur.Timely and effectively resolving community conflicts in the bud is the premise to promote the modernization of Community Governance.The conflict transformation theory is different from the traditional conflict management theory in that it does not take"eliminating conflict"as the ultimate goal,but makes the parties in the conflict change from the expression of mutual destruction to the construction of mutually beneficial cooperation.In the process of participating in resolving conflicts in Q city communities,the social organization L has effectively resolved conflicts in H community by adopting diversified flexible action strategies such as gradual embedding,cultural and entertainment ice breaking,and reshaping public spaces;Behind it lies the practical logic of the four dimensions of conflict transformation,namely actors,matters,methods,and structural transformation.
