摘要
针对悬架控制系统中的输入约束和切换抖振问题,综合考虑悬架系统非线性,提出一种电磁阀式半主动悬架系统的考虑输入约束的模糊切换增益调节滑模控制方法。建立了1/4车辆悬架非线性模型,并利用电磁阀减振器力-速度特性试验建立了电磁阀减振器非线性力学模型。将模糊控制与滑模控制结合设计滑模控制律,降低系统抖振,同时引入辅助系统解决控制输入约束问题。仿真结果表明,所提出的滑模控制器可有效降低控制输入约束和切换抖振对悬架系统性能的影响,改善车辆乘坐舒适性。
Considering the nonlinearity of the suspension system,a fuzzy switching gain adjustment sliding mode controller for semi-active suspension with solenoid valve is proposed,which is base on suspension system control input constraints and sliding mode switching chattering problems.A 1/4 vehicle suspension non-linear model is established,and the nonlinear mechanical model of solenoid valve shock absorber is established by using the force-velocity characteristic test of solenoid valve shock absorber.Fuzzy control and sliding mode control are combined to design sliding mode control law to reduce the chattering.At the same time,an auxiliary system is introduced to solve the control input constraint problem.Results show that the proposed sliding mode controller can effectively reduce the influence of input constraints and switching buffeting on the system performance,and effectively improve the ride comfort of vehicles.
