摘要
为防止承重卡瓦组或防顶卡瓦组同时打开,导致管柱飞出或落井事故,目前国内外普遍采用机械式、电磁阀式等多种卡瓦互锁装置。针对目前机械式卡瓦互锁装置卡顿严重,同时打开卡瓦时需拆卸限位装置引起的操作困难问题,以及电磁式卡瓦互锁装置的电磁设备电路复杂、防爆要求高、恶劣环境易损坏引起的短寿命和高成本问题,利用液压先导阀组的逻辑控制功能,并将液路进行集成模块化,研发了一种新型的液控式卡瓦互锁装置,解决了机械式及电磁式卡瓦互锁装置存在的问题。现场应用证实了新型卡瓦互锁装置具有精度高、安装与操作简便、环境适用性好的优点。
In order to prevent the accidents of pipe string flying out and tripping out caused by the simultaneous open of bearing slip group and up-running proof slip group,different kinds of interlocking devices of slips including mechanical and electromagnetic type were used.The mechanical interlocking device has the problem of severe clamping stagnation and operational difficulties when the slips needed to be opened simultaneously due to the disassembly of limited structure,while the electromagnetic interlocking device has the problems of complicated circuit system,strict demand of explosion-proof criteria,short lifespan and high cost due to severe working condition.Considering of the limitations of mechanical and electromagnetic interlocking device,a new type of hydraulic interlocking device of slips was developed.A group of pilot valves were used to achieve logic control function of hydraulic interlocking device and the liquid circuit was integrated and modularized,the problems of mechanical and electromagnetic interlocking device of slips was solved.The field applications proves that the new type of hydraulic interlocking device have the advantages of high precision,ease of installation and operation,high environmental adaptation.
