液阻悬置节流盘的作用机理 被引量:10

摘要 为验证液阻悬置动特性所具有的不动点、高频储能动刚度趋于定值、非线性集总参数模型及其参数识别方法的有效性,对节流孔形状和大小不同的两种节流孔式液阻悬置进行试验研究及参数识别。结果表明:上述结论正确,而且可将流经节流孔的流体流动视为流经某等效长度的惯性通道的流体流动,实现节流孔式与惯性通道式液阻悬置在力学模型上的统一。在此基础上,提出了流体流经节流孔或惯性通道时局部损失系数的识别方法。对带节流盘和不带节流盘的两种节流孔式液阻悬置的流体局部损失系数的识别结果及基于非线性集总参数模型的数值试验结果表明:节流盘降低高频动刚度的原因是其扰流作用增大了流体紊流导致的能量损失,二阶非线性流体阻尼作用增强,从而有效抑制了惯性液柱的共振响应。这是阐释节流盘降低高频动刚度的作用机理的有益尝试。 For two types of HEMs with different orifices, shapes and cross-sectional areas, this paper performs experimental investigation and parameter identification. This study verifies the following issues: the fixed points on the dynamic characteristics, the constant value on amplitude-dependent dynamic stiffness in-phase at higher bands, the nonlinear lumped parameter model (LPM) for hydraulic engine mount (HEM) and the parameter identification method. It is indicated that the fluid flow through an orifice can be modeled as a fluid flow through an equivalent inertia track. So the nonlinear LPMs for these two types of HEMs, i.e. the HEM with an orifice and the one with an inertia track, can be united. Finally this paper develops a parameter identification method for the local losing factor of fluid flow. The experimental and simulation results show that: the disturbing plate can lower dynamic stiffness markedly at higher bands because it enhance the turbulent-flow-induced energy loss, i.e. the quadratic nonlinear fluid damping is enhanced, so the resonance of the fluid flow through the inertia track is attenuated. This is a useful step to explain the working principle of the disturbing plate.
