摘要
大学本科生参与科研对于创新人才的培养以及高等教育质量的提升具有重要的意义。基于南京大学本科生学习经历调查,运用多元线性回归、二元逻辑斯蒂回归等统计方法来了解南京大学本科生科研参与的基本情况,验证及探究影响本科生科研参与的影响因素,并探索本科生科研参与对学生学术能力发展的影响。研究发现:(1)参与两种科研活动的学生人数最多,单独参与科研活动的学生人数高于协助老师参与科研的学生人数;(2)父母学历较高、年级较高、有深造意向、与老师和同学互动频繁以及善于运用综合分析学习法的学生科研参与更多一些;(3)参与科研的方式会影响学生学术能力的发展。因此,要重视本科生科研参与,尤其关注第一代大学生;要加强校园人际互动,提升科研参与水平;激发学生专业兴趣,促进学生高阶学习;科学选择科研参与方式,促进学生学术能力发展。
Undergraduates' participation in scientific research is of great significance to the cultivation of innovative talents and the improvement of the quality of higher education. Based on the Nanjing University undergraduate learning experience survey, this study use statistical methods of multivariate linear regression and logistic regression to understand the basic situation involved in undergraduate research, verify and explore influential factors of undergraduate participation in scientific research and explore the its influence on academic ability development. The study found., first, the number of students participating in the research activities of the two are most, the number of students involved in individual research activities is higher than the number of students assisting teachers to participate in scientific research; second, students with parents of higher education, higher grade, study intention, frequent interaction between teachers and students and a comprehensive analysis method of learning participate in scientific research more; third, the ways of participating in scientific research influence the development of students' academic ability. Therefore, attention should be paid to undergraduate research participation, especially focus on the first generation of college students;campus interpersonal interaction should be strengthened;teachers should stimulate students' interest, promote the students' higher order learning and enhance the level of participation in scientific research;students should Scientifically select the ways of participating in scientific research to promote academic competence development.
