摘要
基于学生投入理论,利用"2016年全国本科生能力测评"调查数据,采用路径分析模型探究生师互动影响大学生批判思维能力增值的作用机制。研究发现,生师互动通过提升学生学业期望和促进课外专业活动参与,对大学生批判性思维能力增值产生积极影响。为促进本科生批判性思维能力增值,提高人才培养质量,院校应营造良好的生师互动环境;深化课程改革,加强实践性和跨学科课程建设;提供教师指导能力培训,提高生师互动质量。
Based on the student engagement theory,the study analyzed the data from the"2016 National Assessment of College Student Capacity"survey with path analysis model.It finds that student-faculty interaction has a positive impact on the development of students’critical thinking capacity through improving students’academic expectations and participating in more extracurricular professional activities.Thus,the findings suggest that universities should create a good environment for student-faculty interactions,strengthen practical and interdisciplinary courses,and provide faculty training in order to improve the quality of student-faculty interactions.
