摘要
目的:探讨科研参与对医学生自我职业生涯管理的影响。方法:采用自制问卷分层随机对汕头大学2012-2016级816名医学生进行问卷调查,采用SPSS 20.0分析问卷数据,再分层随机抽取30名学生作访谈。结果:医学生自我职业生涯管理能力处于一般水平;学生科研参与程度偏低;有科研经历的学生自我职业生涯管理能力较高。结论:医学生职业生涯自我管理能力有待提高,科研参与有待强化,同时科研参与有助于促进医学生自我职业生涯管理,更好提高人才培养质量。
Objective:To explore the influence of participation in scientific research on medical student’s individual career management.Methods:Self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct stratified random survey on 816 medical students from 2012 to 2016 in Shantou University.Use SPSS 20.0 to analyze the questionnaire data.Afterward,stratified random samples of 30 students were selected for the interview.Results:Medical students’individual career management is at the average level.The participation of students in scientific research is low.Students with scientific research experience scored higher in individual career management.Conclusion:Medical students’individual career management and participation in scientific research is acquired strengthening.Participation in scientific research can promote the development of medical students’individual career management.
