摘要
培养拔尖创新人才是“双一流”建设高校的重要任务,而教学和科研的协同是培养拔尖创新人才的有效方式。目前,“双一流”建设高校在教学和科研协同培养拔尖创新人才的实践上,还存在育人目的较狭窄、学生内部动机不强、育人载体较不稳定、协同深度不足和受益学生较少等问题,影响了拔尖创新人才培养的质和量,因此,需要向目标的“完人”化、动力的内生化、载体的常态化、措施的体系化、协同的深层化和对象的普惠化等方向完善,从而更好地满足国家对拔尖创新人才的质和量的需求。
It is the fundamental mission of“Double first-class”universities to cultivate top-notch innovative talents,and the collaboration of teaching and research is an effective way to cultivate top-notch innovative talents.At present,there are still some problems in the practice of training of top-notch innovative talents in co-education between teaching and research in“Double first-class”construction,such as narrow purpose,weak interal motivation of students,unstable education carrier,scattered education measures,insufficient depth of collaboration and few students benefiting from it which affects the quality and quantity of top-notch innovative talents training.Therefore,in order to better meet the country's demand for the quality and quantity of top-notch innovative talents,practice of training of top-notch innovative talents in co-education between teaching and research in“Double first-class”construction need to perfect the target,internalize the motive force,normalize the carrier,systemize the measures,deepen the coordination and popularize the educational object and so on.
