摘要
增强大学生科研创新能力,是建设高质量教育体系的内在要求。新时代背景下,在高等教育人才培养工作不断向前推进的过程中,诸多高校针对增强学生科研创新能力进行了积极探索和尝试,取得了一些成绩,但同时也存在大学生科研创新能力培养的“富者愈富”“目标侵蚀”“成长上限”“舍本逐末”等问题。解决问题的出路在于:建立健全新型课程培养体系,加大学生科研激励力度;严格建立科研训练标准,坚持人才培养为中心的科研目标;以科研指导教师为主体健全激励体系,增强科研辅导效果;加强对学生科研过程的引导,取代原有片面的成果引导模式。
Enhancing college students'research innovativeness is the inherent requirement for a high-quality education system.Under the background of the New Era and continuous advancement of talent training in higher education,universities have taken active measures and made certain progress.However,problems exist,such a“s the strong get stronger”“,eroding goals”,“limits to growth”and“putting the essentials before the trifles”.The following solutions are proposed:improving curriculum system;introducing moreincentives to students'research;establishing rigorous research training standards,and placing talent training at the center of scientific research initiatives.A robust supervisor-centered incentive mechanism should be built,encouraging them to provide high-quality in-process guidance to the students,instead of one-sided achievement-orientedguidance.
