摘要
目的建立硝矾洗剂中大黄总蒽醌的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Kromasil 100-5C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:0.1%磷酸-甲醇(15∶85),柱温:30℃,检测波长:254nm。结果芦荟大黄素、大黄酚、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄素甲醚的线性关系良好,样品平均回收率为99.45%,RSD为1.68%。结论所建方法简便、快速、准确,适用于硝矾洗剂的质量控制。
Objective To develop a method for the determination of total anthraquinones in Xiaofan lotion by HPLC.Methods Rhubarb anthraquinones were simultaneously separated and assayed on a Kromasil C18 column（250 mm＆#215;4.6 mm,5 μm） with the mobile phase of 0.1%phosphoric acid-methanol （15∶85） at 30 ℃.The detection wavelength was 207 nm.Results The linear relationship is good for Aloe-emodin and other five standard ingredients.The average recovery was 99.45%, RSD 1.68%.Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate.It is suitable for determination of total anthraquinones in Xiaofan lotion.
