摘要
目的建立HPLC法同时测定消炎止痛洗剂中大黄酚和盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法色谱条件:采用C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:混合流动相:A为甲醇,B为乙腈,C为0.15mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液,梯度洗脱,流速:1.0ml/min,柱温:35℃,检测波长:258nm。结果在0.6826~4.3815μg范围内,大黄酚的进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;盐酸小檗碱在0.0838~0.5028μg范围内,盐酸小檗碱的进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;大黄酚的平均回收率为100.20%(RSD=1.15%),盐酸小檗碱的平均回收率为100.33%(RSD=0.96%)。结论该方法操作简单,准确、分离效果好,专属性强、灵敏度高,可以用于消炎止痛洗剂的质量控制。
Objective A method for simultaneous determination of Berberine hydrochloride and Baicalin in Xiaoyan Zhitong Lotion was established. Methods The chromatographic conditions were as follows: The chromatographic column: C18,Mixed mobile phase: The mobile phase A:methanol,B:acetonitrile, C: 0.15 mol/L Sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution, gradient elution was performed, the flow rate:1.0 mL/min, and column temperature:35 ℃,the detection wavelength:258 nm. Results Berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship within 0.6826 ~4.3815 μg, and Chrysophanol within 0.0838 ~0.5028 μg. The average recovery of chrysophanol was 100.20%(RSD = 1.15%),and The average recovery of Berberine hydrochloride was 100.33%(RSD = 0.96%). Conclusion This method was simple, accurate, good separation effect, strong specificity, high sensitivity, and can be used for the quality control of Xiaoyan Zhitong Lotion.
