摘要
本文基于中国珠三角地区实地调查数据,采用有序响应模型(Ordered Response Model),从4个维度考察影响农民工收入的决定因素,包括:家庭特征、人力资本、社会资本和外部制度特征。尤其是,本文将社会资本分为"整合型"和"跨越型"展开分析。研究表明,"跨越型"和"整合型"社会资本对农民工收入都具有显著的正向影响,且两者对农民工收入的提升效应相近。在企业内,农民工与当地员工建立友好关系比没有这种和谐协调关系将使农民工挣得中高收入的可能性增加14%以上;来自南方和北方地区的农民工与来自广东及其邻省的农民工相比,其收入进入到中高收入组的可能性要高出11%以上。当前中国社会网络的生态由传统的"整合型"社会和现代的"跨越型"社会共同支撑,两种社会形态所对应的社会资本对农民工经济地位的提升具有互补性。
Based on the field survey data from the Pearl River Delta of China, we have, in this paper, applied the ordered re sponse mode to, from four dimensions including the family characteristics, the human capital, the social capital and the external system characteristics, probe the determinant factors that affect the rural migrants' income. In particular, we have divided the social capital into'the integrating type'and'the bridging type'to make our analysis. The results of our study indicate that both the bridging type and the integrating type have noticeable positive effect on migrants' in come and their effects are quite similar for the increase of peasant-workers' income. Within an enterprise, the friendly relationship between the migrants and the local workers can help the peasant-workers to increase the probability, by14%, of earning high or upper middle wage; compared with the income of migrants from Guangdong and its adjacent provinces, the wage of the migrants from the South and the North area have 11% higher probabilities of earning a high or upper middle income than that of the migrants from the South and the North. At present, China's social network ecology is supported by the traditional'integrated type'of society and the modern'bridging type'of society, and the two types have complementary effects in improving the income level of the migrants.
