摘要
合同英语作为一种专门用途英语,有其独特的语言特征。本文从词法、句法层面分析经贸合同英语的语言特征,探讨和归纳经贸合同英汉翻译的一些基本规律和原则。
As a unique case of ESP, contract English has its distinctive linguistic features. This paper analyzes these features at both the morphological and the syntactical level, and discusses the basic rules and principles applicable to the translation of this special genre into Chinese.
