摘要
准确严谨是英文商务合同翻译中的一项基本准则,本文探讨了商务合同中词的翻译,从多义词、同义词、法律用词、古语词等方面的翻译分析了如何运用动态等值理论及语法分析法来实现合同译文的准确严谨这一目标。
Faithfulness and accuracy are the basic rules in the international business contract translation. The paper briefly focuses on words translation in business contracts in the following aspects： the translation of polysemants, synonyms, juridical terms and the translation of archaisms. The dynamic equivalence theory, grammatical analysis method and other approaches used for translation are adopted to achieve faithful and accurate translation of business contract.
