摘要
随着经济全球化的加速发展,我国对外经济贸易发展也迅速提升。在贸易交往中,商务合同在合作过程中起着非常重要的作用,合同译文的准确性也决定着双方合作能否顺利进行。文章从功能对等翻译理论的视角,分析商务合同文本类型与功能,阐释商务合同文本词汇、句法及语体特征,探讨其适用的翻译技巧及翻译原则。
With the accelerated development of economic globalization,China’s international economic trade has also increased rapidly.In trade exchanges,the business contract plays a very important role in the process of cooperation.The accuracy of the contract translation also determines whether the cooperation can be carried out smoothly.From the perspective of functional equivalence translation theory,this paper analyzes the types and functions of business contract texts,explains the lexical,syntactic and stylistic features,and discusses their applicable translation skills and principles.
