摘要
目的探讨良性前列腺增生患者采用加速康复外科联合持续护理对其术后康复的影响.方法选择2019年1月—2021年9月我院收治的良性前列腺增生患者100例,以随机数字表法分为两组,均择期行经尿道前列腺电切术,对照组(n=50)采用常规围术期护理,观察组(n=50)在此基础上采用加速康复外科联合持续护理,比较两组的术后康复指标,评估两组干预前后的负性情绪状态及生活质量,并统计两组的并发症发生率.结果观察组的排气时间为(12.84±1.75)h、下床时间为(1.15±0.33)d、留置导管时间为(2.09±0.74)d、住院时间为(3.05±0.84)d,均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的焦虑、抑郁评分分别为(39.43±4.71)分、(35.74±4.18)分,均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的并发症发生率为8.00%,低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论良性前列腺增生患者采用加速康复外科联合持续护理能加快术后康复进程,改善患者负性情绪,提高生活质量,降低并发症发生率,值得推广.
Objective To investigate the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery combined with continuous nursing on postoperative rehabilitation in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A total of 100 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to September 2021 were selected and were divided into two groups by random number table method.All patients received transurethral resection of prostate at an elective time.The control group(n=50)received conventional perioperative nursing,and the observation group(n=50)received enhanced recovery after surgery combined with continuous nursing on this basis.The postoperative rehabilitation indicators of the two groups were compared,the negative emotional state and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated before and after intervention,and the incidence of complications in the two groups was calculated.Results In the observation group,the exhaust time was(12.84±1.75)h,the time of getting out of bed was(1.15±0.33)d,the indent catheter time was(2.09±0.74)d,and the length of hospital stay was(3.05±0.84)d,which were all shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were(39.43±4.71)points and(35.74±4.18)points,respectively,lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 8.00%,lower than 30.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Enhanced recovery after surgery combined with continuous nursing for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia can accelerate the process of postoperative rehabilitation,improve patients’negative emotions,improve the quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worth promoting.
