Effect of Sensory Integration Training Combined with Group Counseling Nursing on Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in Children with Refractory Multiple Tic Syndrome

摘要 目的探究感觉统合训练联合团体辅导护理对难治性多发性抽动症患儿注意缺陷多动障碍的影响.方法选择2019年6月—2021年6月我院收治的84例难治性多发性抽动症患儿,按照随机数表法分为对照组42例和观察组42例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组予以感觉统合训练联合团体辅导护理.两组均持续护理1个月.比较两组注意缺陷多动障碍、临床症状及生活质量.结果护理前,两组注意缺陷多动障碍评定表、耶鲁综合抽动症整体严重程度量表及儿少主观生活质量问卷评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组注意缺陷多动障碍评定表中注意力不集中、多动/冲动、对立违抗评分均低于对照组,耶鲁综合抽动症整体严重程度量表中抽动类型、抽动频度、抽动强度、复杂程度、干扰程度评分均低于对照组,儿少主观生活质量问卷评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在难治性多发性抽动症患儿中实施感觉统合训练联合团体辅导护理,能有效提高其注意力,减轻抽动症状,进而改善生活质量,具有临床推广价值. Objective To explore the effect of sensory integration training combined with group counseling nursing on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in children with refractory multiple tic syndrome.Methods 84 children with refractory multiple tic syndrome treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into 42 cases in a control group and 42 cases in an observation group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received sensory integration training combined with group counseling nursing.Both groups continued nursing for 1 month.The attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,clinical symptoms and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of Swanson,Nolan and Pelham-IV questionnaire of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,Yale global tic severity scale and children's inventory of subjective life quality between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of inattention,hyperactivity/impulse and opposition disobedience in Swanson,Nolan and Pelham-IV questionnaire of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the scores of tic type,tic frequency,tic intensity,complexity and interference in Yale global tic severity scale were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of children's inventory of subjective life quality were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sensory integration training combined with group counseling nursing in children with refractory multiple tic syndrome can effectively improve their attention,reduce tic symptoms and improve their quality of life,which has clinical value.
