摘要
目的探讨加速康复外科(ERAS)理念指导下的系统化护理模式在经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术(HOLEP)在良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月—2022年12月我院收治的94例BPH患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各47例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用ERAS理念指导下的系统化护理模式。对比两组术后疼痛程度、康复情况、并发症发生率及生活质量。结果观察组术后疼痛程度轻于对照组,术后肛门排气、自主排尿、下床活动、膀胱冲洗及住院时间均短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,出院1个月世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ERAS理念指导下的系统化护理模式可以减轻BPH患者HOLEP术后疼痛,减少并发症,促进机体康复,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of systematic nursing model guided by the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery(ERAS)in transurethral HOLEP for benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods 94 patients with BPH admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given systematic nursing model under the guidance of ERAS concept.The degree of postoperative pain,rehabilitation,incidence of complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative pain degree of the observation group was lighter than that of the control group,the postoperative anal exhaust,autonomous urination,ambulation,bladder irrigation and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the score of the World Health Organization quality of life Scale 1 month after discharge was higher than that of the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The systematic nursing model under the guidance of ERAS concept can reduce the pain and complications of BPH patients after HOLEP,promote the recovery of the body and improve the quality of life of patients.
