摘要
目的探讨中医定向透药疗法对良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者术后康复及膀胱痉挛发生的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九〇九医院行经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗的80例BPH患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组加用中医定向透药疗法干预,持续干预至出院。比较两组患者术后康复情况、疼痛情况、生活质量、中医证候评分及膀胱痉挛发生率。结果观察组导尿管留置、血尿消失、膀胱冲洗液转淡时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、生活质量量表(QOL)评分、中医证候评分低于对照组,膀胱痉挛发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医定向透药疗法可加快BPH患者术后康复,减轻机体疼痛感,减少膀胱痉挛发生,提升患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine directed drug penetration therapy on postoperative rehabilitation and bladder spasm in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods A total of 80 patients with BPH who underwent transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP)at No.909 Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Forces from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine directed drug penetration therapy,and the intervention continued until discharge.The postoperative rehabilitation,pain,quality of life,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and incidence of bladder spasm were compared between the two groups.Results The time of indwelling catheter,disappearance of hematuria and dilution of bladder flushing fluid in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS),quality of life scale(QOL)and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the incidence of bladder spasm was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The directional drug penetration therapy of traditional Chinese medicine can speed up the postoperative recovery of BPH patients,reduce body pain,reduce the occurrence of bladder spasm,and improve the quality of life of patients.
