摘要
目的探讨电针组穴治疗良性前列腺增生的可行性及相关激素分析,为及时临床干预提供线索和依据。方法本研究纳入2014年4月—2019年12月于该院泌尿外科治疗的280例良性前列腺增生患者为研究对象。根据治疗方法的不同将研究对象分为治疗组和对照组,其中,治疗组实施电针组穴治疗,对照组采用常规坦洛新缓释胶囊治疗,比较电针组穴治疗良性前列腺增生的可行性及相关激素分析。结果患者经过治疗后,治疗组的治疗痊愈率97.5%高于对照组87.5%,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者治疗后不良反应显示,治疗组的IPSS、QOL、残尿量、最大尿流速与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者的PSA、E2/T、E2、T比较,组间和组内比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),经过随访及统计,两组患者的头晕、尿糖、尿潜血、尿蛋白比较,组间和组内比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针组穴治疗的临床疗效较好,改善了患者的下尿路的症状及排尿症状,且提高了患者激素水平,为患者治疗提供新的参考,值得进一步推广。
Objective To explore the feasibility of electroacupuncture group points in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia and analyze related hormones to provide clues and basis for timely clinical intervention.Methods The study included 280 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who were treated in our hospital′s urology department from April 2014 to December 2019.According to the different treatment methods,the study subjects were divided into treatment group and control group.Among them,the treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture at acupoints,and the control group was treated with conventional tamsulosin sustained-release capsules.We compared the feasibility of electroacupuncture at the treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia and related hormone analysis.Results After the patients were treated,the cure rate of the treatment group was 97.5%,higher than that of the control group(87.5%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reactions of the patients after treatment showed that the IPSS,QOL and disability of the treatment group were statistically significant compared with those of the control group(P<0.05).The comparison of PSA,E2/T,E2 and T between the two groups,and the differences between and within groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After follow-up and statistics,the dizziness,urine sugar,urine occult blood and urine protein of the two groups were compared,and the differences between and within the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of electroacupuncture group is better.It improves the patients′lower urinary tract symptoms and urination symptoms,and increases the patients′hormone level.It provides a new reference for patients′treatment and is worthy of further promotion.
