摘要
目的探讨基于多学科协作模式下的加速康复外科(ERAS)护理在甲状腺癌根治术患者中的应用价值.方法选取2019年5月—2021年5月于本院行甲状腺癌根治术的患者72例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组36例.对照组采用常规围术期护理,观察组采用基于多学科协作模式下的ERAS护理,均护理至患者出院.对比两组的术后恢复情况、心理状态、疼痛程度、并发症及护理满意度.结果观察组的术后首次下床活动、住院时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,观察组的焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,疼痛程度轻于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的术后并发症发生率为5.56%,低于对照组的22.22%,护理满意度为94.44%,高于对照组的75.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论基于多学科协作模式下的ERAS护理能够有效缓解甲状腺癌根治术患者的负性情绪,减轻其术后疼痛,减少并发症的发生,加快术后康复,提升护理满意度,临床应用价值高.
Objective To explore the application value of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)nursing based on multidisciplinary cooperation in patients undergoing radical thyroidectomy.Methods 72 patients who underwent radical thyroidectomy in the hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 36 patients in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group received ERAS nursing based on multidisciplinary collaboration mode,and all patients were cared until discharge.The postoperative recovery,psychological state,degree of pain,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The first time out of bed activity and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the pain degree was less than the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.56%,lower than 22.22%in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was 94.44%,higher than 75.00%in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion ERAS nursing based on multidisciplinary collaboration mode can effectively relieve negative emotions of patients undergoing radical thyroid cancer surgery,alleviate postoperative pain,reduce the incidence of complications,speed up postoperative recovery,improve nursing satisfaction,and has high clinical application value.
