摘要
目的探讨高能红外线治疗仪联合阶梯式康复护理应用于腰椎间盘突出症患者术后对其创面愈合及疼痛改善的效果.方法选取本院2019年1月—2022年1月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者84例为研究对象,根据就诊先后顺序编号分为两组,前42号为对照组,采用阶梯式康复护理,后42号为观察组,在对照组基础上联合高能红外线治疗仪干预.比较两组的腰椎功能日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA),创面愈合情况及疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS).结果干预前,两组的JOA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预3个月后,两组的JOA评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的I期愈合率为97.62%,高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后1 d,两组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3、7 d,两组的VAS评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论将高能红外线治疗仪联合阶梯式康复护理应用于腰椎间盘突出症患者术后康复中,可促进创面愈合及腰椎功能康复,还可减轻疼痛,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To explore the effect of high-energy infrared therapeutic apparatus combined with stepped rehabilitation nursing on wound healing and pain improvement in patients with lumbar disc herniation after surgery.Methods A total of 84 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were numbered into two groups according to the order of treatment.The first 42 patients were the control group and the step rehabilitation nursing was adopted,and the second 42 patients were the observation group,and the intervention was combined with high-energy infrared therapeutic apparatus on the basis of the control group.The lumbar function Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)assessment treatment score,wound healing and pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in JOA scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after 3 months of intervention,the JOA scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The healing rate of stage I in the observation group was 97.62%,which was higher than 80.95%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1 day after surgery,there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);3 and 7 days after surgery,the VAS scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of high-energy infrared therapeutic apparatus combined with stepped rehabilitation nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with lumbar disc herniation can not only promote wound healing and lumbar functional rehabilitation,but also reduce pain,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
