摘要
目的探讨联合式康复护理对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者微创手术后腰椎功能恢复的影响.方法选择2020年4月-2022年1月该院收治的行微创手术治疗的LDH患者74例,依据随机数字表法分为两组.对照组37例采用常规康复护理,观察组37例采用联合式康复护理,均护理3个月.对比两组腰椎功能恢复情况、疼痛程度、负性情绪、生活质量.结果护理前,两组Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、健康调查简表(SF-36)中各维度评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组ODI、VAS、SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,SF-36中各维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论联合式康复护理能够有效减轻LDH患者术后疼痛,缓解负性情绪,提高腰椎功能及生活质量.
Objective To explore the effect of combined rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of lumbar spine function in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH)after minimally invasive surgery.Methods A total of 74 patients with LDH who underwent minimally invasive surgery in our hospital from April 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.37 cases in the control group received routine rehabilitation nursing,while 37 cases in the observation group received combined rehabilitation nursing for 3 months.The lumbar spine function recovery,pain level,negative emotion and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the scores of Oswestry Dysfunction Index(ODI),visual analogue scale(VAS),self-assessment scale for anxiety(SAS),self-rating scale for depression(SDS)and the MOS item short from health survey-36(SF-36);after nursing,the ODI,VAS,SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of each dimension in the SF-36 were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined rehabilitation nursing can effectively relieve postoperative pain in patients with LDH,relieve negative emotions,and improve lumbar spine function and quality of life.
