摘要
目的探究在腰椎间盘突出症患者中实施改良腰腹肌康复锻炼结合联合式康复护理对术后腰椎功能及疼痛的影响.方法纳入2019年8月—2021年10月我院收治的94例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=47)和观察组(n=47).两组均行手术治疗,对照组实施常规护理联合术后康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上予以术后改良腰腹肌康复训练结合联合式康复护理,均持续护理3个月.比较两组负性情绪、腰椎功能、疼痛、腰腹肌肌力.结果护理前,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、腰背肌、腹肌肌力比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组HAMA、HAMD、ODI、VAS评分均低于对照组,腰背肌、腹肌肌力均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在腰椎间盘突出症患者中实施改良腰腹肌康复锻炼结合联合式康复护理能够有效减轻术后负性情绪及疼痛,增强腰腹肌肌力,改善腰椎功能.
Objective To explore the effect of improved lumbar and abdominal muscle rehabilitation exercise combined with combined rehabilitation nursing on postoperative lumbar function and pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods 94 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from August 2019 to October 2021 were included as research objects,and they were divided into a control group(n=47)and an observation group(n=47)according to the random number table method.Both groups were treated with surgery.The control group received routine nursing combined with rehabilitation training after operation,while the observation group received improved lumbar and abdominal muscle rehabilitation training combined with combined rehabilitation nursing after operation on the basis of the control group,and both of which lasted for 3 months.The negative emotion,lumbar function,pain and muscle strength of lumbar and abdominal muscles were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Oswestry dysfunction index questionnaire(ODI),visual analogue scale(VAS),and the muscle strength of lumbar and dorsal muscles and abdominal muscles between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of HAMA,HAMD,ODI and VAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the muscle strength of lumbar and dorsal muscles and abdominal muscles were greater than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved lumbar and abdominal muscle rehabilitation exercise combined with combined rehabilitation nursing in patients with lumbar disc herniation can effectively reduce postoperative negative emotions and pain,enhance the muscle strength of lumbar and abdominal muscles,and improve lumbar function.
