摘要
目的探讨微切口微孔引流的治疗腋臭的临床效果。方法重庆大学附属三峡医院整形科2017年7月至2020年12月,对138例(276侧)腋臭患者采用微切口微孔引流手术治疗,切口位于腋窝顶部偏后,肿胀麻醉后予以直视下行微切口微孔引流腋臭根治术,术后予以自粘弹力绷带加压包扎,术后观察腋窝皮下积血、皮瓣坏死、切口愈合情况,气味残留情况。并用本科室小切口腋臭根治术做对照(P>0.05)。结果术后14d患者切口I期愈合率100%,7侧(2.53%)皮瓣下出血,皮瓣存活良好,患者6~12月随访无气味残留,较对照组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论微切口微孔引流术治疗腋臭,具有切口小,效果确切,瘢痕不明显等优势,是一种美观微创的腋臭治疗术式。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of microincision and micropore drainage in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis.Methods From July 2017 to December 2020,138 cases(276 sides) of patients with axillary osmidrosis were treated with microincision and micropore drainage surgery.The incision was located at the top of the axilla,and after swelling and anesthesia,the patients were treated with microincision and micropore drainage radical surgery for axillar osmidrosis under direct vision.After surgery,the patients were given self-adhesive elastic bandage compression dressing.Postoperative observation of axillary subcutaneous blood accumulation,skin flap necrosis,wound healing,odor residue.And the small incision radical operation of bromhidrosis was used as control(P>0.05).Results All patients had stage Ⅰ incision healing 14 days after surgery,and 7 sides of skin flaps had bleeding under the skin flap.The skin flaps survived well,and the patients had no odor residue during follow-up from 6 to 12 months.The difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Microincision and micropore drainage for the treatment of axillar osmidrosis have the advantages of the small incision,precise effect,and no obvious scar.It is an aesthetic and minimally invasive treatment for axillar osmidrosis.
