摘要
目的:分析实施腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)患者治疗时针灸推拿联合红外偏振光照射治疗的临床疗效。方法:本研究将随机选取于2019年12月~2022年12月在天津市河东区中山门街社区卫生服务中心接受LDH治疗的患者68例,以电脑随机分组法分为观察组与对照组,其中观察组患者34例,所运用的治疗方法为针灸推拿+红外偏振光照射治疗,对照组患者34例,所运用的治疗方法为针灸推拿治疗。结果:两组患者治疗效果差异显著,P<0.05。治疗前观察组患者与对照组患者腰椎功能、疼痛程度、生活质量以及症状评分并无显著差异,P>0.05;而治疗后两组患者上述指标水平差异显著,P<0.05。结论:针灸推拿+红外偏振光照射治疗对于LDH患者来说是一种理想治疗方案。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and massage combined with infrared polarized light irradiation when lumbar disc herniation(LDH)patients are treated.Methods:This study will randomly select 68 patients who received LDH treatment in Tianjin Hedong District Zhongshanmen Street Community Health Service Center from December 2019 to December 2022,and divide them into the observation group and the control group by computer random grouping method.Among them,34 patients in the observation group were treated by acupuncture and moxibustion and massage+infrared polarized light irradiation,and 34 patients in the control group were treated by acupuncture and moxibustion and massage.Results:There was significant difference in treatment effect between the two groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in lumbar function,pain degree,quality of life and symptom score between observation group and control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indexes were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture,massage and infrared polarized light irradiation is an ideal treatment for LDH patients.
