摘要
目的研究腰椎间盘突出患者应用阶梯式康复护理干预的效果。方法通过随机数字表法将上高县人民医院2021年6月-2023年6月收治的腰椎间盘突出患者66例分成对照组(33例)和观察组(33例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用阶梯式康复护理干预,对两组疼痛程度、肢体功能恢复情况、康复效果、自护能力(健康知识、自我护理技能、自我护理责任感、自我概念)生活质量(躯体活动、情感反应、社会生活、疼痛、精力睡眠)进行评价。结果观察组出院时及术后1、2、3个月VAS评分、Oswestry评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组康复效果优良率(96.97%)高于对照组(75.76%)(P<0.05);观察组护理后自护能力各维度评分高于对照组,生活质量各维度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阶梯式康复护理干预可减轻腰椎间盘突出患者疼痛程度,提升康复效果、肢体功能、自护能力、生活质量,值得临床应用。
Objective To study the effect of stepped rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods Using the random number table method,totally 66 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Shanggao County People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were divided into a control group(33 patients)and an observation group(33 patients).The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with stepped rehabilitation nursing intervention.The pain degree,limb function recovery,rehabilitation effect,self-care ability(health knowledge,self-care skills,self-care responsibility,self-concept),quality of life(physical activity,emotional response,social life,pain,energy sleep)were evaluated.Results The observation group had lower the VAS score and Oswestry score than those of the control group at discharge and 1,2 and 3 months after operation(P<0.05).The observation group had higher the excellent and good rate of rehabilitation effect(96.97%)than that in the control group(75.76%)(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of self-care ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of each dimension of quality of life were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Stepped rehabilitation nursing intervention can reduce the pain degree of patients with lumbar disc herniation,improve the rehabilitation effect,limb function,self-care ability and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application.
