美国人工智能战略中的教育蓝图——基于三份国家级人工智能战略的文本分析 被引量:19

The Strategic Blueprint for Artificial Intelligence in Education in America——Based on Text Analysis of Three National Development Strategies

摘要 美国政府发布的三份有关人工智能的国家级报告均强调将教育和人工智能纳入国家战略全局,原因在于推动教育深刻变革,以培养未来人才、获得巨大的经济利益和社会效益以及继续保护美国的全球领导地位。美国人工智能战略中的教育图景主要由认知导向、目标定位、路径选择和保障机制所构成。美国人工智能战略中的教育方略包括:强调教育应用顶层设计,构筑教育战略发展合力;注重教育产业研发投资,推动教育领域平稳发展;坚持科技人文教育并重,着力AI劳动力全面发展;加强世界顶尖人才引进,提高国际教育竞争实力,重视AI新技术安全研究和落实教育应用安全保障等策略。 The three national reports on artificial intelligence issued by the U.S.government emphasize the integration of education and artificial intelligence into the overall national strategy.The purpose is to promote profound changes in education to cultivate future talents,obtain greater economic and social benefits,and maintain the global leadership under the new technology conditions.The strategic pattern of American educational artificial intelligence includes four aspects:strategic cognition,strategic goal,strategic path and strategic guarantee.The educational landscape of artificial intelligence strategy in the United States shows that it emphasizes the toplevel design of AI in education to construct the joint force for educational strategy development;focuses on R&D investment in the education industry to promote the steady development of the education;attaches equal importance to science,technology and humanities education to focus on the comprehensive development of AI labor force;strengthens the introduction of world top talents to enhance the competitiveness of international education;and attaches importance to the security research of new AI technologies to ensure the security of AI for education.
