摘要
为促进应用型高校学科发展与人才培养,构建全方位的育人模式,探索了学科竞赛下的创新创业能力培养策略。从学科竞赛对能力培养的重要性出发,以成都工业学院机械类专业为例,提出以"互联网+"竞赛为主导的育人机制,并形成了以逐级培养、校赛选拔、奖励机制、"双创"协同、项目引导等方面的创新创业人才培养策略,实践成效显著。为应用型高校践行"大众创业、万众创新"发展战略提供了有效途径和参考。
In order to promote the development of academic disciplines and talent cultivation in applied colleges and universities,and to build an all-round model of cultivation,the strategy of cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship ability under academic competitions is explored.Based on the importance of academic competitions to the cultivation of talents,and taking Chengdu Technological University mechanical specialties as an example,an all-round cultivation mechanism dominated by"Internet plus"competitions is proposed,and an innovation and entrepreneurship talents cultivation strategy in terms of grade-by-grade cultivation,school competition selection,reward mechanism,dualcreation collaboration and project guidance is formed,with remarkable results.It provides an effective way and reference for applied colleges and universities to carry out the development strategy of"mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation".
