摘要
创新驱动发展战略是新时期推动国民经济事业稳定持续发展的内在要求,以创新为第一动力,以人才为第一资源,不断增加科技与人才战略资源的积累,从而为国家综合国力的提高提供全面保障。创新驱动从本质上看就是人才驱动,随着创新型国家建设被作为国家发展战略并全面推进落实,创新型人才缺乏已经制约了这一战略目标的达成。高校是培育人才的主要阵地,必须要牢牢把握人才培养这一重点,认清人才和创新之间密不可分的关系,在创新驱动背景之下,围绕创新创业人才培养,健全机制、提高意识、优化服务、完善体系,在国家政策的支持和辅助之下,助推人才全面发展,满足社会建设对创新创业人才的要求。
Innovation driven development strategy is the inherent requirement of promoting the stable and sustainable development of the national economy in the new era.With innovation as the first driving force and talents as the first resource,the accumulation of strategic resources of science and technology and talents will be continuously increased,so as to provide a comprehensive guarantee for the improvement of the country’s comprehensive national strength.Innovation driven is talent driven in essence.With the construction of innovative country as a national development strategy and comprehensively promoted and implemented,the lack of innovative talents has greatly restricted the achievement of this strategic goal.Colleges and universities are the main positions for cultivating talents.We must firmly grasp the key point of talent training,recognize the inseparable relationship between talents and innovation.Under the background of innovation driven,we should improve the mechanism,improve consciousness,optimize service and improve the system around the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and promote the overall development of talents with the support and assistance of national policies,meet the requirements of social construction for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
