摘要
当前高校教育改革侧重于创新创业人才的培养,而“以赛促创”是实现复合型、创新型、技能型人才的重要途径。“以赛促创”在高校“双创”人才培养中发挥着重要作用,其不仅能提高高校人才培养质量,促进“双创”人才的快速成长,而且有助于增强人才的核心竞争力。基于此,文章给出了“以赛促创”促进高校“双创”人才培养的具体策略。
The current education reform in colleges and universities focuses on training innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and"promoting innovation through competition"is an importantway to achieve compound,innovative and skilled talents."Promoting innovation through competition"plays an important role in the training of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"talents in colleges and universities.It can not only improve the quality of talent training in colleges and universities,promote the rapid growth of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"talents,but also help to enhance the core competitiveness of talents.Based on this,the article gives specific strategies to promote the cultivation of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"talents in colleges and universities by using"competition to promote innovation".
