摘要
现阶段,在培养研究生创新思维和实践能力以及增强其整体素质方面,研究生学科竞赛发挥着极为重要的平台作用。然而在具体实施环节,仍然面临着诸多问题,主要体现在参赛作品不匹配社会需求、研究生学习研究活动和竞赛活动存在冲突以及学校竞赛资源分配不合理等。因此,为了推动学科竞赛提质增效,应对研究生培养体系加以改进,构建更为高效科学的考核评价流程;对学科竞赛资源进行优化配置,推行激励机制;使校友在增强学科竞赛社会影响力方面的作用得以充分发挥。
At the present stage,the postgraduate subject competition plays a very important role in cultivating the innovative thinking and practical ability of postgraduates and enhancing their overall quality.However,in the specific implementation,there are still many problems,mainly reflected in the entries do not match the social needs,the conflict between postgraduate learning and research activities and competition activities,and the unreasonable allocation of school competition resources.Therefore,in order to promote the quality and efficiency of discipline competition,we should improve the postgraduate training system,build a more efficient and scientific assessment process,optimize the allocation of discipline competition resources,implement incentive mechanism,and give full play to the role of alumni in enhancing the social influence of discipline competition.
