摘要
居民的心理健康与身体健康一样,应当受到全社会的重视,良好的心理健康水平能够促进人际关系和谐,维护社会稳定。本研究采用在中国十城市中进行的大规模随机问卷调查数据,试图分析社会网络、社会地位和社会信任对居民心理健康的影响,研究发现(1)居民所处的社会阶层地位对心理健康有积极的影响;(2)居民的社会信任水平对心理健康有积极的促进作用;(3)婚姻满意度、锻炼频率、罹患慢性疾病的数量对居民的心理健康也都存在显著的影响。
Both mental health and physical health of residents should be paid enough attention by the whole society,because good mental health can promote interpersonal relationship and maintain social stability.This study use the large-scale randomized questionnaire data from ten cities in China to verify and analyze the social factors that affect residents’mental health.The research has three findings:The first is that the social class in which residents live has a positive impact on mental health.The second is that the level of social trust of residents has a positive effect on mental health.And the third is that age,marital satisfaction,frequency of exercise,and the number of chronic diseases also have a significant impact on residents’mental health.
