摘要
采取质性研究方法,探究高职院校学生学习投入度影响因素及其作用机制,通过对24名学生的访谈和资料分析发现:心理状态等个体特征、宿舍文化圈等院校特征共同作用高职院校学生学习投入度,个体特征、院校特征和高职院校学生学习投入度三者形成交互作用的"循环圈"。据此,高职院校要重视专业认知,改革教学方式,激发学生学习兴趣和内在动机;优化学习空间,推动习惯养成,改善学习氛围和学生自我学习能力;关注情感支持,强化师生互动,提振学生学习期望和心理状态。
Adopting qualitative research methods to explore the influencing factors and mechanism of vocational college students’learning engagement.Through interviews and data analysis of 24 students,it is found that individual characteristics such as mental state,and colleges and universities’characteristics such as dormitory cultural circle have a joint effect on the degree of student learning engagement.Individual characteristics,colleges and universities’characteristics,and higher vocational college students’learning engagement form a"circular circle"of interaction.Accordingly,higher vocational colleges should pay attention to professional cognition,reform teaching methods,and stimulate students’interest in learning and internal motivation;optimize learning space,promote habit formation,and improve learning atmosphere and students’self-learning ability;pay attention to emotional support,strengthen interaction between teachers and students,and boost students’learning expectations and mental state.
