摘要
目的探索社会经济地位对居民健康水平的影响,提出相关政策建议。方法本研究利用STATA15.1首先对2010—2016年CFPS调查对象基本情况进行描述性分析,然后聚焦不同社会经济地位(不同文化程度人群自评健康状况、不同职业声望人群自评健康状况、不同收入水平人群自评健康状况三个维度)对居民健康水平影响情况的研究。结果不同文化程度居民健康自评差异有统计学意义,文化程度越高自评结果越好。小学及以下、初中、高中、本科、硕士及以上学历自评健康"非常差"比例分别为19.89%、8.64%、7.31%、4.23%、0.51%;职业声望越高,自评健康结果越好。职业声望(SIOPS)"0~20"组、"20~40"组、"40~60"组、"60~"组自评健康"非常好"比例分别为16.61%、19.29%、20.75%、23.20%;年收入水平在75000~100000元之间的居民自评健康结果最好。结论居民自我汇报的总体健康水平一般,而社会经济地位是影响自评健康的关键因素。
Objective To exploring the impact of socioeconomic status(SES)on the health level of residents and proposing relevant policy recommendations.Methods The basic situation of CFPS survey in 2010-2016 were analyzed by using STATA15.1,and then the influence of different SES(self-evaluation health status among different education level populations,self-evaluation health status among different occupational prestige populations,different income levels)on selfevaluation health status of residents were analyzed.Results There had statistically significant differences in the self-rated health status among residents with different education levels.The higher the education level,the better the self-rated results.The proportion of self-rated health"very poor"for elementary school and below,s high school,high school,undergraduate,master’s degree and above were 19.89%,8.64%,7.31%,4.23%,0.51%,respectively.The higher the professional reputation,the better the self-rated health results.Among occupational prestige(SIOPS)"0-20"group,"20-40"group,"40-60"group,and"60-"group,the ratios of self-rated health"very good"were 16.61%,19.29%,20.75%,23.20%.The self-assessment health results of residents with income levels between 75000 and 100000 yuan were the best.Conclusion The self-rated health status was general,and SES status directly affected the health level.
