杭州市职工焦虑情绪现状及其影响因素研究 被引量:1

Study on status of anxiety and influence factors of employees in Hangzhou

摘要 目的分析杭州市职工焦虑情绪现状及其影响因素,为卫生相关部门制定预防职工心理健康问题的干预措施提供实证依据。方法采用分层抽样法选取杭州市滨江区、西湖区、萧山区和富阳区18岁以上在职人员作为研究对象,采用自行设计的调查问卷收集资料,采用χ^(2)检验与二分Logistic回归模型统计分析。结果共发放调查问卷1300份,回收有效问卷1082份,问卷有效率为85.53%。杭州市在职人员焦虑情绪检出率为7.3%(79人),已戒酒者有焦虑情绪的可能性是饮酒者的8.32倍(OR=8.32,95%CI:1.87~36.96),睡眠质量一般者有焦虑情绪的可能性是睡眠质量好者的2.19倍(OR=2.19,95%CI:1.14~4.19),睡眠质量差者有焦虑情绪的可能性是睡眠质量好者的5.44倍(OR=5.44,95%CI:2.41~12.27),低抗逆力者有焦虑情绪的可能性是高抗逆力者的7.38倍(OR=7.38,95%CI:3.85~14.16)。结论杭州市在职职工焦虑情绪较高,卫生相关部门与用人单位需尽早建立职工心理健康问题筛查与干预机制,针对已戒酒者、睡眠质量较差者及低抗逆力者等重点人群应及时提供必要的心理咨询与社会支持。 Objective The status of anxiety and influencing factors of employees in Hangzhou were analyzed to provide empirical evidence for health departments to formulate intervention measures to prevent employees'mental health problems.Methods The stratified sampling method was adopted to select participants aged 18 and above in Binjiang District,Xihu District,Xiaoshan District and Fuyang District of Hangzhou.A self-designed questionnaire was adopted to collect data,and the Chi-square test and binary Logistic regression model were used for statistical analysis.Results A total of 1300 questionnaires were distributed,and 1082 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective response rate of 85.53%.The detection rate of anxiety among on-the-job employees in Hangzhou was 7.3%(79 persons).The risk of anxiety among abstainers was 8.32 times of the drinkers(OR=8.32,95%CI:1.87-36.96).Those with average sleep quality were 2.19 times more likely to suffer from anxiety than good sleepers(OR=2.19,95%CI:1.14-4.19),and poor sleepers were 5.44 times more likely to have anxiety than good sleepers(OR=5.44,95%CI:2.41-12.27).Participants with low resilience were 7.38 times more likely to anxiety than those with high resilience(OR=7.38,95%CI:3.85-14.16).Conclusion On-the-job employees in Hangzhou had a high Anxiety,health-related departments and employers need to establish a screening and intervention mechanism for employees'mental health problems as soon as possible,and provide necessary psychological counseling and social support in time for key groups such as those who have quit drinking,those with poor sleep quality and those with low resilience.
