摘要
新冠疫情暴发以来,社会工作在队伍组织、资源联动、应急防控等方面发挥了重要作用。作为疫情联防联控的第一线,社区是社会工作介入的基础场域。结合后疫情时期防控的问题和需要,以社区为本,在社区平台上探索社会工作介入突发公共危机事件的行动逻辑,这对于推进社区治理体系和治理能力现代化具有重要的现实意义。研究立足于社区为本的理论,尝试以社区资产为本、内在取向、关系驱动的服务路径,发展"社区定点、服务拉线、制度布面"相结合的社会工作行动方式,以期为社会工作在中国应急体系建设的积极作为提供启示。
Since the outbreak of COVID-19,social work has played an important role in team organization,resource linkage,emergency prevention and control.As the front line of joint epidemic prevention and control,community is the basic field for social work intervention.Combined with the problems and needs of post epidemic prevention and control,community-based,explore the action logic of social work intervention in public emergencies on the community platform,which has strong practical significance for promoting the modernization of community governance system and governance capacity.Based on the community-based theory,the research attempts to develop a service path based on community assets,internal orientation and relationship driven,and develop a social work action mode combining"community fixed-point,service pull and system distribution",in order to provide enlightenment for the positive action of social work in the construction of China’s emergency system.
