摘要
在新时期高校发展过程中,思想政治教育和党风廉政建设成为不容忽视的重要工作之一,对于高校的校园文化建设和社会主义建设的人才培养具有重要意义,在"四种形态"政策被提出之后,高校纪委纷纷对其进行了实践,但在这个过程中也暴露出来了在体制建设、队伍组织以及管理模式方面存在的问题,本文对其进行了分析并提出相应的解决措施。
In the process of the development of colleges and universities in the new period,political education and the party’s style construction to become one of the important work of nots allow to ignore,for the university cultural construction and the construction of socialist talent training is of great significance,in the policy of"four kinds of form"was put forward after the college’s commission for discipline inspection on the practice,but also exposed in the process in the system construction,team organization and management mode,the problems of this paper make analysis and put forward the corresponding solutions.
