摘要
试验旨在探讨混合型酸化剂对肉鸡小肠形态和盲肠微生物区系的影响。选择12日龄健康温氏新兴黄鸡192只,随机分成3组,每组8个重复,每个重复8只鸡。对照组(CON1组)饲喂基础饲粮,A1和A2组饲粮在基础饲粮中分别添加0.2%酸化剂A1和0.2%酸化剂A2。预试期5 d,试验期42 d。结果显示:与对照组比较,(1)A2组显著降低十二指肠绒毛高度(P<0.05),且A2组绒隐比显著低于A1组(P<0.05),而A1和A2组对十二指肠、回肠和空肠的其它形态特征无显著差异(P>0.05);(2)A1和A2组能降低盲肠食糜p H值(P>0.05),显著降低盲肠食糜中拟杆菌属(Bacteroidetes)的数量(P<0.05),有显著增加乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)数量的趋势(P=0.076,P=0.061);(3)A1组显著减少盲肠食糜中螺杆菌属(Helicobacter)的数量(P<0.05),A2组显著增加未鉴定瘤胃球菌属(unidentified_Ruminococcaceae)和琥珀酸单胞菌属(Succinatimonas)的数量(P<0.05)。综上,混合型酸化剂影响肉鸡盲肠食糜中微生物菌群结构,促进盲肠食糜中有益微生物的生长。
The effect of mixed acidifier on intestinal morphology and cecum microbial flora of broilers were studied in this paper.A total of 192 twelve-day-age healthy Wen′s Xinxing yellow-feather broilers were randomly divided into3 groups with 8 replicates per group and 8 broilers per replicate.Broilers in control group were fed a basal diet,and the others in groups A1 and A2 were fed basal diets supplemented with 0.2%mixed acidifiers A1 and 0.2%mixed acidifier A2,respectively.The pre-test lasted for 5 days,and the trial lasted for 42 days.The results showed that:compared with the control group,(1)diets supplemented with 0.2%mixed acidifier A2 significantly decreased the villus height of duodenum(P<0.05),meanwhile,the V/C in group A2 was significantly lower than that in group A1(P<0.05),no significant effects of mixed acidifer on the other morphological characteristics of the duodenum,ileum and jejunum were observed;(2)diets supplemented with 0.2%mixed acidifier A1 or A2 decreased the p H(P>0.05),significantly decreased the number of Bacteroides genus(P<0.05),increased the number of Lactobacillus genus(P=0.076,P=0.061)in cecum digesta;(3)0.2%mixed acidifier group A1 significantly reduced the number of Helicobacter(P<0.05),0.2%mixed acidifier group A2 significantly increased the number of unidentified_Ruminococcaceae and Succinatimonas genus(P<0.05)in cecum digesta.In conclusion,mixed acidifier effect on microflora structure in cecum digesta,and promote the growth of beneficial bacteria.
