摘要
无抗养殖是通过人工干预蛋鸡饲养过程中温度、湿度、水源、饲料来源、添加剂成分等因素,平衡蛋鸡胃肠道菌群,产出无抗生素残留、无毒害的产品的养殖模式。文章研究蛋鸡无抗养殖技术的开发与应用,从蛋鸡品种、健康及免疫等自身状态以及饲料成分、生物安全、粪污无害化处理、规范饲养等方面进行探讨,以期为蛋鸡无抗养殖生产实践提供参考。
Non resistant breeding is a breeding mode that balances the gastrointestinal microflora of laying hens and produces non-toxic products without antibiotic residues by manually interfering with factors such as temperature, humidity,water source, feed source, additive composition, etc. in the process of laying hens feeding. The paper studies the development and application of the non resistant breeding technology for laying hens, and discusses the self status of laying hens such as breed, health and immunity, feed composition, biological safety, harmless treatment of feces, and standardized feeding, so as to provide reference for the production practice of non resistant breeding for laying hens.
